I started my Real Estate career in Luzerne County in 1986 initiating my membership in both PAR and NAR. I have been a Pike County and Hemlock Farms resident since 1992, raising my family here in this beautiful back yard known as the Pocono Mountains.
In 2005 I obtained my PA Broker’s license and purchased the agency in the hopes of providing an even higher standard of professionalism and commitment in the Real Estate market to my community. I take my fiduciary responsibilities and the Realtors Code of Ethics very seriously attaining both the ABR (accredited buyer’s representation) and the SRS (seller’s representative service) designations to better serve my clients and customer with a continued knowledge of today’s Real Estate industry. I began working as an assistant photographer with commercial photo studios for Macy’s and J. Crew catalogs. Taking cues form the direction of the industry.
I went back to school, learning computer graphics and in 1995 began my career in Newspapers.
Always striving for the top of my field, I worked hard creating advertisements for The NY Daily News and NJ Star Ledger and leveraged that experience into a position with internationally renown, The Wall Street Journal. I am still creating photographs and digital artwork for that organization to this day.
Now working with a leader of the real estate industry, ERA®, I will deliver the highest level of service to customers and clients needing guidance in home buying and selling. Scott Sodora  Susan comes to ERA Hemlock Sales Agency with an extremely impressive resume spanning 37 years in sales & management. Co-owned & operated a pub in New York. Sales Manager for Herman Kay Co., the largest coat manufacturer at the time. Started & co-owned a fur company "The Complete Answer" while she held the position of VP of Leslie Fay Coats. Established "Facilities Support Group, Inc. & was chairman & treasurer, overseeing all the firms financial & administrative matters. President of the Jones New York Outerwear Division for the Amerex Corp. Susan was a Realtor for Daivs R. Chant Realtors and awarded top salesperson for the Hemlock Farms office in 2004. With eleven years Real Estate experience she is now Director of Sales for Hemlock Sales Agency since 2005. Susan LaMonica  I have been a Real Estate Agent since December 1998. My husband and I raised six children in Hemlock Farms. We have been part time residents since 1971 and permanent residents of Hemlock Farms since 1973. Arlene Roberti  I have lived in Hemlock Farms for 32 years and became a salesperson for Hemlock Sales Agency 24 years ago. I enjoy helping people find their special home in our wonderful community.  A 17 year resident of Hemlock Farms. Past President of the Lords Valley Rotary Club and the Church at Hemlock Farms. Formerly a resident of Summit, NJ for 25 years, as a Manhattan commuter. Chose Hemlock Farms as a quiet place to enjoy the beauty of nature and my favorite activity, sailing. Clyde Rust  Bob has had a distinguished and varied business career. After 30 years at NBC-TV in New York City, he moved his family to Pennsylvania in 1999. He began his full time Real Estate career in 2002, after finishing a two year Computer Consulting job. He is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York, concentrating on both residential and commercial activities. He currently serves as a Director of the Pike County IDA, and is past President of the Pike County Builders Association. An avid Sportsman, he enjoys the many outdoor amenities available in NEPA.Bob and his wife Joan reside in Paupack, PA. Their son, Rob, is an IT Consultant in Bethlehem, PA.
