Bill Schutte moved to Milford 18 years ago,
from Glen Rock, NJ where he grew-up, to
raise a family of his own. All 3 of his
children started in and graduated from the
Delaware Valley School District, currently
his son serves in the U.S. Navy and two
daughters that attend college. Before he
started his Real Estate Career, Bill was in
the automotive industry for over 20 years.
Bill became a Realtor in March 2003. He
enjoys working in his community and he
believes in giving back and serving by
becoming involved in various community
organizations. He was the first President of
the Kiwanis Club of Delaware Valley and a
3rd Degree Knight and past chancellor of the
Knights of Columbus Our Lady of the
Mountain. Bill’s thirst for knowledge has
driven him to become involved in the
Pike/Wayne Association of Realtors’ MLS
Committee and Grievance Committee. He also
achieved his goal of becoming an Associate
Broker and earned an Accredited Buyer
Representative designation. Bill has been
the recipient of several awards in his Real
Estate Career like “Helping Hands”Award,“Top
10 Agent”,“Outstanding Agent”,and also
several “President’s Multi-Million Dollar”
Awards.In his spare time Bill enjoys fishing
(both from land and boat),hunting, hiking,
and ATV/snowmobile riding. All these
activities are accomplished locally.
